I am working on topic to predict the friction coefficient of water in nanochannels using Lammps. If somebody can provide the Lammps code for worked out problems like this that would be more helpful (apart from Lammps website examples).

thank you for your answer. i simulated my system including nanotubes and water. my question is about calculating the friction coefficient using lammps. I'm using fix addforce to have a flow of water in cnt, but i don't know how i can calculate the force between water and cnt after using fix addforce. do you have any idea?
