Has anyone tested the chicken antibody purification protocol provided by Hodek in 2013?

The original title is "Optimized Protocol of Chicken Antibody (IgY) Purification Providing Electrophoretically Homogenous Preparations ". I'm very curious about this article and I hope that someone in this site has already used it for other study.
