Good day.

I am keen to learn on steps to create an s2p file or touchstone file just referring at the datasheet of components. Which details should I refer based on the datasheet? Which software should I use to create such files? Is it okay if I am using scilab? Any suggestion on other platform that can auto create such files? Really appreciate on your kind feedback.
