I am using L-929 cells to express Cadherins and check for aggregation to see if the Cadherins interact. This is a pretty standard procedure done for the last thirty years or so. The problem I am facing is that my L cells are getting clumped even in the absence of any Cadherins. Can anyone provide any insight on this?
