Has anyone annealed Mo, Ta, and Sapphire in Oxygen ambient in tube furnace?

Has anyone annealed Mo, Ta, and Sapphire in Oxygen ambient in tube furnace? My concern is the reaction of Oxygen with any residues, which may lead to fire etc.

I did it for Ta at 700C using RTA and it is safe
