You can also try with C6/36 cell lines.

Just homogenize mosquitoes (individual or pools) in MEM media, filtration and inoculate supernatant in vero cell or C6/36 cell lines. C6/36 cell is more sensitive against Arbovirus.

Insect cell line (C6/36) is sensitive against Flavivirus.
