I am familiar with a number of descriptions of gynandromorphs among various solitary insects, including bees and wasps. But I was more interested in the specific finds of gynandromorphs among the eusocial Vespidae. Personally, I know the only publication (H.Wolf, 1985) shortly describing the gynandromorph of Polistes dominula (Chist, 1791).
