@Srikanth Jeyabalan, Great question, and I share your frustration It is worth it as long as institutions evaluate teachers by awards instead of what their students accomplish. Which I feel is absurd. Academic Prizes have a dark side, even the Nobels are so subjective that they ruin creativity and usually slow or impede progress. I need to explain further as well what I mean by student output. If a primary school created an environment where the vast majority of their students adored to read, devoured comic books, novellas, magazines, and all categories of books (a bit like Elon Musk's childhood) instead of being evaluated by standardized test results I believe our world would be a much better place. In order to make these people prevent the spread of these, I think we should represent their high profile illegal activities to National Legal Forum of cybersecurity as most of these are taking place using a website and youtube videos. I wish the real scientific or teaching community should not pave way for these kind of 'Award Fraudsters'.
