Difficult to get statistics directly. You may try finding out car manufacturer models and fuel systems types and match with vehicle sales. This is a long and exhaustive way but probably the only way to give estimates to your questions.
Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) System is on most new automotive engines, the carburetor has been supplanted by a fuel-injection system. A wide variety of fuel injection systems have been developed. In the least – expensive systems, pressurized fuel is prayed through a nozzle and mixed with air in a throttle body. Then, the intake manifold apportions the fuel and air to the various cylinders as in a conventional carbureted engine. Electronic fuel injection (EFI), in which a nozzle is positioned to spray fuel pulses into each intake valve port, is gaining in popularity and becoming norm.
It could roughly estimate by grouping fuel injection types, car models plus manufacturing years and total production, assuming that all cars are available for sales. It really depends on your objectives of gathering those data i.e. for studying technological development on fuel injector design for better combustion and emission or as support data for further study on gasoline engines and automotive industries.
