anyone knows, how to generate gain versus frequency curve in HFSS software.

Dear Rahul,
first of all be sure to add an infinite sphere far field radiation setup to your project. If you also want to plot radiation patterns, for antennas, mostly Phi=-180..180 deg and Theta 0..360 deg is used.
Furthermore you need to check the "save fields" box in the frequency sweep of your solution setup.
Finally you can add your plot in the results section: right click on results, create far field report, rectangular plot. In the next dialog choose Solution: SolutionSteup : Sweep and Primary Sweep: Freq. Choose Category Gain or Realized Gain, Quantity *Total, Function: dB.
In the Families Tab you can configure the gain curve to be plotted. If your coordinate system is placed "properly" (Z-axis points towards main radiation direction) choose Theta = 0 and Phi = 0, if you want to plot the gain of the main lobe.
If you want to modify the coordiante system later, you can add a relative coordinate system and make the infinite sphere setup use it in the configuration. Plots will update automatically.
