2. What kind of work would need a AI-Human collaboration (Maker-Checker)?

3. Can Agentic AI help reinvent the BPO industry and how?

Appreciate your views and pointing towards academic literature on this topic. Additionally i am trying to draw a parallel to another industry that has been disrupted by AI and the learnings that can be incorporated in the BPO industry.
