i have an issue regarding CV Settings, can any one tell me that how i can set potientiostate for CV.

First of all your question is vague for answer.
However, If your quarry is related to know about, which value of potential you need to set, then it will depend on your electrolyte. You could set the value of potential higher and lower value in your instrument software. Furthermore, scan rate will be the resolution between two consecutive potential values.you could easily set it in your instrument software. Since scan rate have a great influence in the CV hence, you have find out the appropriate scan rate for your electrolyte, it will be a part of your investigation.

Mr. Lee i am using SP 150 of Biologic, I have an issue with scan rate and E range. what would be appropriate range for these two parameter ?

About scan rate, you please try to go with low scan rate such as 22, 50, 100 mV/s (50 is commonly seen for CV).
For potential window setting, you please try +1.5 V to -1.5 V. Then you could accurate your potential window as you needed. Actually it depends on your electrolytes, reference electrodes, and so on.
I guise you are very new to use CV technique. Therefore, you need to take some help from seniors. Also try to study books and papers on CV technique.
