From where can I know the level stratospheric ultraviolet radiation reaching on earth surface in India (especially in North India)?

Since the ozone depletion is not uniform and the level of stratospheric ultraviolet radiation reaching the earth depends on many factors like altitude, latitude and longitude etc. It is very much high in Antarctica.

So I just want to know what is its level in India? Is it alarming or normal?
