Global data from several models and for several experiments are available from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) at:

The best location where i find GCM data for any location on the world is http://www.ipcc-data.org/cgi-bin/ddc_nav/dataset=ar4_gcm
In here you select GCM of your interest, and move rightward from Model, to Scenario,Ensemble members,Variable and lastly Time slice(in here there are Historical and projected data. After clicking the time slice, the page will lead you to

Make sure "Time series option is selected" then enter Longitude and Latitude of India or else where in the world where you would like its climatic data, then click SUBMIT and Download as CSV spreadsheet! It is very easy!
what do you mean by experiment?? is that mean already downscaled ensembles ??
What do you mean latitude and longitude of India? This "time series" option allows only point (station) data. The grid option allows us to download data for a region. I don't understand how I'm supposed to get daily data out of this.
i want to download climatic data for Chattisgarh. I am unable to download from the above mentioned sites after 1990. What am i supposed to do?
