In some cases, the authors stated that the result is a framework, model, technique, method or methodology, but sometimes, I can't see any differences between these terms. Could you please, give me insights about this topic?

First, the difference between method and methodology is simple. The methodology is the science that encompasses the method, that is, the arguments, positions and theoretical perspectives that a scientific method that you are going to address. The method (from Latin "path to") is the set of scientific procedures that, based on a methodology, apply to an object of study.
Second, the framework is the theoretical approach of the research object. This section includes aspects such as, evolution of the object of study, state of the art, recent research published. It is a question of defining the starting point of the investigation. After the theoretical framework is the methodology and the method that is the explanation of what steps you will follow in the research you are going to carry out. After this, you would have to explain the techniques or models that you will use to extract the information from your research.
In short, it is a matter of organizing research from a broader process to a more concrete one.
