There are a few simulation and board games that I use to inculcate some basic concepts. Cashflow 101, Cashflow 202 (slightly more inclined towards stock trading), and PayDay. I use different games depending upon the nature of audience.

w.r.t simulation games, i prefer Virtonomics.
