Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, and LTE-U use unlicensed band for data transfer, which was primarily meant for Industrial, Scientific or Medical use (ISM). It is either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. Your 2.4 GHz microwave oven used to be biggest potential interferer for Wi-Fi due to high power.
All these protocol co-exist in ISM band due to their rugged Medium Access Protocol (MAC), however; performance does degrade if multiple technologies are sharing same frequency spectrum in vicinity. e.g. CSMA/CA of Wi-Fi shall result in more waiting time in presence of LTE-U.
