I wanna find out how much enzyme was immolilized in my new polymer micelles.Nile red was used to tag the hydrophobic block of my polymer and thus larger ploymer micells can be obserbed under confocal. And FITC was used to tag enzyme, and in this way I may check whether most of the enzyme was inside.

However I have never performed this kind of job. Can you offer me some protocals of the use fo Nile Red and FITC?Thank you.
