I am working on a project Process optimization of warm sintering process.
Process Description
I have a cylindrical DIE, My powder part is if filled in the die with the additives added. The powder is compacted inside the die simultaneously the temperature of the DIE is increased.
I would want to find the theoretical relation for the density and the factors affecting the density.
For example (Temperature, pressure, hold time, specific heat of the powder metal, thermal conductivity, grain size etc) I do not know what are the factors that affects the density and how to approach (is Buckingham's Pi Theorem is good approach.?) or is there any other approach.?
