The best method is foliar (leaves ) application or spray method to avoid increase in osmotic pressure of soil solution of salt affected soils.

it depends on types of plant ,soil fertility status and soil type ,please what is the plant , and explain soil properties ,it is difficult to mention the number with out adequate information about plant ,soil and type of nutrient
