Different people have specialities in different segments of knowledge. Some individuals have very strong expressive knowledge on describing physical processes or relating to information from observation, they demonstrate strong design skills as well as the ability to picture faults in a system quickly and accurately. People with strong aspects of a theoretical background of a project is able to innovate and show strong creativity in determing complex systems, increasing knowledge-base which can prove immensly useful for implementing practical ideas to the concepts of a system. Theoretical knowledge can give deep insights to abstract systems and pushes practicality to it's limits. On the other hand people who love facts and have strong practical knowledge is really good at bringing every aspects of a project-work together. They like to test theories and carry out feasibility studies and will give the most direct and accurate solution which is both meaningful and very effecient. They are able to work with a scarcity of resources. Interestingly during the Manhatten project, people of different knowledge classes;from designs to theory were instrumental to the development of the world's first atomic weapon.
