What do you think should be the criteria for promoting the faculty members at various teaching hospitals throughout the world ? Is it the experience, the research profile or the degree qualifications ?

It depends on whom u r teaching , i feel that all the three are equally important having just the experience and not having degree and research is of no use. or having just the degree and not having experience or research profile is not correct. and just having research without degree and experience makes no sense
