Preoperative Assessment:Conduct a thorough preoperative assessment to evaluate the patient's medical history, including past obstetric complications, comorbidities (such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiac disease, renal dysfunction), and current medications. Assess the severity of obstetric complications, such as placental abnormalities, uterine rupture, or fetal distress, and their potential impact on anesthesia management. Review relevant imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound, MRI) and laboratory investigations to inform perioperative decision-making.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration:Collaborate closely with obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, and other members of the healthcare team to develop a comprehensive management plan tailored to the patient's individual needs. Discuss the patient's medical and obstetric history, anesthesia options, perioperative risks, and potential complications with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
