Hi, Anybody having experties in Serine proteases related research. Specifically about NSP4/PRSS57? I require a substrate for NSP4, its arginine specific, but I want a proper residue for docking substrate along with the inhibitors.
I found few in some articles but the naturally occuring ones are still to be determined while the synthetic ones were used in the assays.

Hi Syed, I have worked with serine proteinases for decades. Most of them are nonspecific, but if they are controlling a specific chain of events, then their location is everything.
There are tons of serine proteinase inhibitors in blood, but most of them inhibit proteinases is solution phase. A surface bound proteinase is protected.
