Experience always involves learning process. Experience doesn't come to
you by knocking the door. According to cognitive process, each person has got the different perception angle. One can see 6 as 9 from opposite side.
Then, how can one say that experience is bad or either good?

Dear Sir, EXPERIENCE is defined as " Any happening of understanding at all point of time to a human and the human responds to complete or follow or decide to the response of himself to the happening".
Undergoing a process of response and action does not make you learn for the first time but become AWARE of that this is also possible,l but when repeated same process and happening of the same --- then it makes you learn ---- and that is still not experience but history ---- when the human follow the process to see the same happening --- then it is a learning process -------- please understand as the ----- first time------- ever cannot teach ------------ but KNOW ----- and repeated such happening will make you know better and when the human himself make the happening and respond the same way then it is "Experience"
Example: A person for the first time mounting a bicycle === know it will move but need support ---- first time happening ----- awareness created----- repeating to learn the bicycle ---- makes the person know better but still needs support----- and when the person mounts a bicycle with out support and pedals with straight vision and straight hip balance ---- NOW it is learning by "experience".
Dear Sir, The answer for your question as is it Bad or Good. ---- that depends on the view of the individual because "perception to believe is one's own way of will and wish" -- EXAMPLE: the official "BEHEADER" of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when asked what does he feel about beheading people and he says " its my kings order and I just do it"
It is just personal perception of a particular task. Sometime we may feel good after performing a particular task and sometimes we feel just bad. For me some day I used to feel good after returning from the Lab but on some other day I used to feel bad after returning from the same Lab. So, it cannot be generalized. Experience may give you sometimes good and sometimes bad feeling.
Experience is considered as good one, we may feel good after performing a particular task
Individual's personal approach matters more. Some people have bad experiences but they feel good about them as they have learned something from the consequences of that bad experience. People with positive approach will feel it Good but People with negative approach can feel bad
