This question may seem obvious but I am a novice researcher currently completing my MSc dissertation...

When analysing responses to my online survey, should I exclude responses which fit my exclusion criteria straight away from my data set? I don't feel as though it is appropriate to discuss these in my write up if they're not the participants I was looking for.
