Appendix: Work disability theories: a taxonomy for researchers.
For ethics, I found "The Cambridge textbook of bioethics" by Peter A Singer and AM Viens, Cambridge Medicine, being useful. It does not directly targeting workplace, but discusses bioethical problems and dilemmas comprehensively.
