Use personal experiences if possible. As a student who has to take medical ethics in both undergraduate and graduate coursework, other students and I hate dry vignettes in medical ethics books.
Students today want to see application of the principles they are learning. Present them with real life scenarios you have encountered to grab their attention. Explain the scenario clearly, talk about what you did in that scenario, and how it could have gone better or worse.
I do this in my anatomy/physiology lab for nursing students (as a lab instructor). I can discuss previous cases involving the organ system being studied and bring up some ethical discussions from the case.
My suggestion is to prepare your own model for this specific purpose taking into account the specific medical situation in Iran and the experience of other countries. There are several good materials that can be used for the preparation of education model for Iran. These are my suggestions:

به نظر می رسد یکی از بهترین شیوه های آموزش اخلاق پزشکی برای متخصصین، سخنرانی در قالب بحث در گروه های کوچک
(FGD)
است. متخصصین (به خلاف دانشجویان) با بیمار بسیار سرو کار داشته اند و بیماران مختلفی دیده اند و تجربیات متعددی از کار بالینی دارند. اگر در این جلسات، ابتدا، موضوع علمی بحث (مثلاً بحث علمی و دانشی رضایت آگاهانه) بیان شود و سپس یا درخلال آن از ایشان خواسته شودتا نظر خود و تجربه خود از این موضوع را بیان کنند و با یکدیگر بحث نمایند، بهتر یادگیری خواهند داشت و نگرش شان احتمالاً به نحو مطلوبی تغییر خواهد نمود که موجب عملکرد مناسب شود.
