Hi,

i implemented GA in order to minimize the summation of total delay through each lane in a single intersection with a fixed Cycle Length.

I wanted to ask you, if there is a way to estimate a good Cycle Length according to queue length for each road before trying minimization of total delay. As you know cycle length affects the total delay..
