one can get time dilation on earth if he sees the event in the moving spacecraft (According to his earth frame, the spacecraft moves away from him). At the same time one can get time dilation in the moving spacecraft if he sees the event on earth( According to his spacecraft frame, the earth moves away from him).Actually the distance between earth and spacecraft is increasing with time and it is not important to consider what is moving. So I think Einstein theory goes wrong in Time dilation.
