There are a number of sites (repositories/referatories) for uploading digital teching material, so called Open Educational Resources (OER).see the wikipedia article for links and discussion https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_educational_resources. OER were previously called Learning Objects (LO), or Reusable Learning Objects (RLO). Some of these sites, as www.merlot.org, also carries the clear intention that the creation of a good learning material that many other wants to use, should be a formal merit, as publication/citations are concerning research papers. Merlot has therefore also a peer review process with experts within different disciplines, see here http://info.merlot.org/merlothelp/topic.htm#t=MERLOT_Peer_Review_Information. However, none of the sites I know of has the categorization of “author”/“maker”/“contributor” in such a clear way as Researchgate has concerning researchers. I do not know exactly why, but I think there are reasons like this:

- a teaching resource is not so clearly the result of only one persons work, and to be used it cannot carry so detailed reference apparatus just to give other teachers their part of recognition. Most more developed teaching material is to be found within rather general fields.

- Modularity. A small teaching/learning resource is very useful and can fit into many courses, but easy to do by oneself. A big, structured resource as a moduke or whole course seldom fits into another teachers needs.

- Reworks : Can someone borrow just a part, and change/recontextualize it? We have no public agreement on such issues, although it happens every day at every university, i the classroom that we imagine is some kind of private space (but is not, any longer)

- Updates. A research paper is stable and static, it is what it is when published, but learning material is,or should be, updated all the time, and will thereby exist in many versions. How should an OER maker protect himself so only updated versions are used?. How to get order in this?

But perhaps there is or will be some solution to this, I see the need your question adresses. In the meantime, use the OER sites or for slides a general site as slideshare.com, which has personal profile information - but is only for presentation slides.
