That's interesting, Anders - an exciting development, good luck with it! I don't know of any existing programmes, but it might be worth considering research into evidence-based study strategies and the timing of study, as these things could help to make vocational learning more effective. Feel free to message if you'd like me to provide some sources.

The European Commission says that about 3 to 4 million new jobs will be created or very changed due to electromobility and battery manufacturing. The direct competence lack right now is about 800 000 people, especially for battery manufacturing.
Europe has a lot of high-quality car production but was late in the start concerning electric vehicles compared to Asia and the US. Today electric propulsion seems to be the only future, the internal combustion engine is soon a museum piece only. A big problem was that Europe did not have a complete value chain - raw materials, and especially battery manufacturing was largely missing. The first European all-green-energy gigafactory is now under construction in Skellefteå, Northern Sweden (Northvolt Ett, http://northvolt.com ). It will start production later in 2021 on one production line, with 5-7 to come, and will in some years produce batteries for about 800 000 to1 million cars yearly. And then there is about 27 similar factories under planning or being built in Europe, here is a map: https://bigthink.com/strange-maps/gigafactories-in-europe . But it is faster to build battery plants than to open new lithium, graphite, silicon, nickel, and cobalt mines/ and in the same way, universities are often slow to change - not so much on research and master education as on engineering undergraduate programmnes and technician education. Then we have about 75% machine operators in this new kind of production, and this we do not have much education for yet; adult vocational education.
What about apprenticeships? Yes, that will be important, but a battery factory is not so well designed for that with its clean-and dry manufacturing environments, where as few persons as possible should be and move.
