The ECG appears normal with whatever little you shared.
If it is for a medical purpose, it is better to discuss with a cardiologist as it is advisable to interpret the test report by correlating with the clinical picture of the person.
I am glad that Gomathi Sundar essentially made me look less bad. I was worried there was a trick that I missed!
I agree, also, that further discussion with the treating doctor is required, especially if there are cardiovascular risk factors in addition to increased body mass as you mentioned. I would also take into account any other investigations that have been undertaken (such as stress tests, echocardiogram etc).
ECG looked generally fine, with elements of partial minimal notched P - although I would recommend a 12 lead one for better morphological definition in alignment with the patient's clinical presentation.
