I agree with Gaathier Mahed . If you have time-series groundwater level data you can calculate the average monthly groundwater level for you aquifer and compare that to the cumulative rainfall departure (deviation from the mean) of precipitation to estimate groundwater recharge. If I recall this does however require a good idea of storativity values.

In terms of the simplest way, although less reliable, is the Chloride Mass Balance Methods.
