The relationship between earnings quality and market values: What are the likely proxies for market values and possible market values measures

It is advisable to scour through some good quality research articles for a good understanding on the proxy as they explain the rationale behind choosing one. However for all practical purposes Market capitalization could be taken as a reasonably good indicator of market value. Market capitalization is product of the numbers of shares outstanding and Adjusted closing price of the stock.
