This is not so much a direct answer, but a nudge in probably the right direction. An article published in Journal of Learning Disabilities in 2013 (Al-Yagon et al.; Vol. 46, pp. 58-72) documents international perspectives on the then-proposed DSM5 LD and ADHD changes, and includes an Indian section. The author of that is Sunil Karande, who has also independently published at least a chapter on children with ADHD (that I am aware of). According to the author notes, Sunil is at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and King Edward VII Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, and you might contact him to ascertain the specific tests that are standard in India. There's also an article by Visalakshi and Thenmozhi (2011) on memory problems in kids with LD and ADHD in the Indian Journal of Community Psychology that might be a good resource.

This is JPDas. Are you aware of my book:Reading Difficulties and Dyslexia(SAGE 2009) and a later book in which there are chapters on Attention,Planning and Intervention programmes? You may also ask for research reports prepared by Pooja Jha & the team at The Learning Clinic Bhubaneswar --we see several cases of ADHD/LD/Autism in both places.
