I would like to know what is the best duration (days) to applicate salinity stress on tree seedlings aged of 60 days? i am confuse, some works said one week, 2 weeks, one month....

It's subjective and depends on the aim of your study. But you can apply the saline stress and observe weekly. Then you can draw your own conclusions. You don't need to rely on other people's methods, you can be a pioneer and devise your own lol

Salinity or drought stress duration's are depends on your aim of investigation, types of plants, vegetative and or reproductive stage of plants and its growth habitat.
