Drying procedure for plant samples meant for phytochmeical extraction and bioactive assay

I had kept my plant samples for shade drying. However, due to humidity the chopped samples have developed mold growth. kindly suggest me a reliable drying procedure for my plant samples & is drying at 40-50 degrees celsius feasible because the crude extract is meant for antimicrobial screening
