The high specific heat capacity of water help in reduction of global warming!! If the ice in the poles not melt life on earth will be melt!!

The question is not very clear indeed. what do you mean by "help"? Do you mean enhance or mitigate the warming? An equally unclear answer would be: it depends on the phase the water is in. Its role on the climate system is different whether it is in gaseous, liquid or solid phase.
Go first to the reports by the Intergovernmental Pannel on Climate Change (IPCC). There you find all you want to know about climate change and the role of water. When you then still have questions then you come back to ask a question.

In the IPCC reports this is modified: (in the night) clouds trap and reemit the terrestrial outgoing radiation and are thus certainly also warming.
I agree with Harry ten Brink so clouds are a negative feedback loop[ daylight hours]and a positive feedback loop [at night],
