I recently performed mouse glomerulus isolation and obtained the attached microscopy image. Before proceeding with further RNA/protein analysis, I would like to confirm whether these structures are indeed glomeruli & tubule or other kidney structures.

The isolation was performed using differential adhesion, and the tissue was visualized under light microscope.

• Objective Lens: Nikon LWD 40x/0.5 PH1 ADL
• Light Adjustment: Aperture diaphragm fully open (maximum light)

I would appreciate feedback from researchers experienced in glomerular isolation, renal histology, or nephrology. If you have suggestions for improving purity or identifying artifacts, I’d love to hear your insights!
