A research aims to investigate on menopausal health Info. of husbands and effectiveness of educational class regarding this issue on their marital satisfaction and QoL of these husbands' wives.
Now, I suggested below title to them. Does the title make sense to you and understandable as well?
Title: Effectiveness of Menopausal Health Education of Husbands on their Marital Satisfaction and QoL of Postmenopausal Wives

This title is understandable but it implies two components:
1. QoL of menopausal women
2. Effect of health education of men statisfaction
You need careful selection of indicators for both
Also you may need pre- and post application of the programme assessment of targeted persons
