“Nanofluids”,  as we know it is a colloidal mixture consisting of nano-sized particles which are dispersed in a fluid medium (base fluid like water or EG). These nanofluids shows enhanced thermo-physical properties which can be used  in thermal systems for higher heat transfer allpications.

Surface tension is the surface energy per unit area. It dominates the transportation of the liquid and shows a significant role in heat transfer.

Does the nanofluids surface tension plays any role for heat transfer enhancement with variation of particle size or concentration.
