Does the Scrum framework improve the chances of success of large projects from the team members' point of view?

I am a master's student and writing my dissertation on the scrum framework and will appreciate it if I can get any lead for the same.

What are all the questions I should ask team members and scrum masters to know whether the scrum framework increases the likelihood of projects' success?

I think SCRUM does improve chances of success. I like that there is a time limit for tasks. But I'm a vet (and also ecologist) and so most of my jobs are completed within only a few minutes. I work from home, so I just go to my lounge between jobs lol :)
