This has worried many. At an extreme interpretstion, some people shyly hinted that it reveals a dynamical evolution of physics laws i.e Smolin's Cosmological Darwinism (CD) postulate and Law of Precedence in the evolution of organization of physical systems.
These postulates imply an adoptation of physical laws, either in the framework of higher principle of Precedence or CD (full break up of laws) .

There seems to be a general misunderstanding about the idea of such loss of momentum correlation after position estimation has been made with Schrödinger's wave equation.
His equation was meant to account for the series of integer related possible orbitals in the hydrogen atom that de Broglie discovered and explained in his 1924 thesis.
This means that the expected "position" of the electron with respect to the hydrogen nucleus is the "distance" from the nucleus that the electron is at at this particular moment.
This distance being known, then its related momentum is deterministically known by simple calculation with Planck's constant.
For example, For ground state orbital 1 in the hydrogen atom, for which the mean resonance distance is equal to the Bohr radius, the momentum energy of 13.6 eV is easily calculated.

The short answer is, No. The longer answer is that the correct way of doing the calculations is in any textbook on quantum mechanics, upon dealing with interaction of a quantum particle in an external field. There's no ambiguity in computing the probability distribution. Care must simply be taken to properly regularize.
