I have got a question regarding our Sciex TripleTOF 6600. The troubles started when we wanted to check the Q1 peak width of the PPG. After choosing the method and starting it, I couldn't get any signals, so I switched to the TOF MS mode where I couldn't see anything either. The event log told me that there is a HV Pulser power supply fault and that I have to reset the instrument.

After the reset, the instrument worked again and every mode except the Q1 worked.

Then we reinstalled Analyst 1.7 TF and wrote a new Q1 calibration method which allowed us to check the Q1, so everything work again. But now the problem occurred again even with the new Q1 method.

We contacted Sciex and they told us that they would exchange the Pulser Power supply for 13000€. Now, i hope that someone can help to check that power supply and if it is really damaged or just a software error. Unfortunately, we cannot buy the power supply by ourself since it is a special supply only made for scion (Spellman CZE2PN60X3211).
