There is scarcity of data on the subject matter. I would subject you pick a state capital or any rapidly urbanizing city in Malta, them conduct a survey by picking your sample size that would be targeted on Domestic Energy Supply
Thanks Okosum. Inga needs the data for Georgia. Malta is extremely different and the data there is actually available. I always avoid surveys where hard data is available. In the case of energy supply there is billing data for example, which is reflected in the financial statements of the companies. Perhaps, it is even possible to reverse engineer the energy supply from the corporate revenues.
