Bamikole - the answer is no. Google Scholar will not pick up sources that are not identifiable through their own unique database. They cannot, nor can any metric source, scan the entire internet for all sources.
I think it depends on whether GS can 'read' inside the text. If the text in the document is not selectable (you cannot select or highlight it inside the document), it will not be able to read inside and will not consider these citations. However, if 1) it considers your pdf a legitimate publications and 2) it can read the text inside (it is selectable), it may (but not necessarily will) count the references from the list of cited works.
