I want to do research on customer knowledge using their spatial data by means of data mining methodology. Regarding my field of study, I wonder whether my topic is relevant to supply chain and logistics management or not. Customer knowledge is an important aspect of every supply chain as it can act as a driver to move the supply chains and logistics towards direction of sustainability, and generating new products/services. We should remember that the survivability of supply chains is depending on end-users' satisfaction and therefore, I think it could be a good topic to investigate within your project.
