I'm running a spot test where I incubate 20uL of Ca cells in minimal media with bioactive extracts for 6hours. I initially spot 18uL and dilute the remaining 2uL by a ten-fold and spot. For some reason, each spot has more cells showing at the 1/10 than the undiluted.
