Organ transplantation can save or enhance the quality of life of so many persons who suffer organ damage. So, my submission is that would we like to help someone to live even after our death by donating our organs. What are your views.

Organ donation is an option in medical and surgical decision making of the individual. Individual free choice if the individual is rational and competent or if an advance directive has been specified by that rational competent individual in the appropriate ethical-legal context with the laws and ethics of the country in question and its citizens and cultures.
A long time ago, in the early days of kidney transplantation, I was fortunately to work (as a student nurse) on a ward that carried this out.
But from my perspective as a member of the human race, I have signed up that when I die, I am willing for anything to be used. When I am no longer needing my physical body, I am very happy to help anyone. If I can contribute to the maintenance of life - and a better quality of life - of others, this would be marvellous.
Big yes, selfish though selfless initiative by the family members (especially) to donate organs.
We all should come forward to donate our organs but with caution that organ should reach to the genuine patient.

Organ donation is a noble human endeavor that can save millions of people suffering from incurable diseases that do not contain effective medicines for healing. When these diseases infect some vital organs in the body such as the heart, lungs, liver, pancreas and intestines, life becomes impossible and thus death directly. Each of us is exposed to this. Thus, organ donation contributes to saving the lives of patients and embodies the principle of solidarity, solidarity and empathy within society.
Donors may be alive or dead
Organ donation is the greatest way of showing sympathy to other human beings. Its an act of good intention that promotes a noble human spirit in society. There is a nice old saying "the measure of life is not its duration, but its donation".
When killing is becoming a routine; giving an organ to save life is a reminder that we are all humans and similar in many ways.
